Covid-19 Response

STS and OAS continue to support essential industries during this difficult time.

We have taken a number of measures to ensure well being of our staff, reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19 in line with government guidelines and continue to provide an uninterrupted service.

We have compartmentalised our workforce to reduce risk of exposure and maximise availability in the longer term. Where possible work is carried out from home.

Our urgent turnaround service remains available at both locations. Routine samples are also welcome as usual.

Note that in some cases routine turnaround times may be affected. We are also experiencing some disruption with supply of certain materials essential to NHS and research on Covid-19. Where this restricts our ability to perform individual tests we will inform our customers, prioritise emergency and safety critical samples, review alternative test protocols or reserve samples for completion once the supply is restored.

We wish all our customers and partners good health and high spirits.

Stay Safe.

Kindest regards from everyone at STS and OAS.
